Acceptance of Terms

Please read this Agreement carefully. By accessing or using any Stockiify website, products, or services (“Stockiify”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not use the website.

License Grant

Stockiify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-assignable, and non-transferable license to access and use the website and its content, subject to this Agreement.

Scope of the Website

• Online systems, tools, analytics, and databases.
• Documentation such as user/operations manuals.
• Courses, videos, audio, slideshows, software, services, data, and other information (collectively, “Information”).

Ownership & Intellectual Property

Stockiify and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website and Information. You may not remove proprietary notices, resell, redistribute, or use the Information in a searchable database, except for personal use as permitted by this Agreement. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

If an access ID is provided, you may not allow concurrent use or share your credentials with others.

Delays; Force Majeure

Stockiify is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including equipment failures, network issues, government actions, natural disasters, labor actions, war, or sabotage.

Termination

Stockiify may suspend or terminate access immediately for unauthorized use, sharing credentials, tampering, transmitting prohibited content, violating this Agreement, or upon subscription termination. Upon termination, your rights cease and you must delete any copies of the website content. Provisions regarding proprietary rights, indemnification, and limitation of liability survive termination.

Monitoring

Stockiify may monitor, review, censor, or restrict transmissions it deems inappropriate or in violation of this Agreement.

Equipment & Operation

You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all equipment and connections to access the website and for operating your equipment. Stockiify may refuse assistance or charge additional fees for issues not directly related to the website’s operation.

Warranty Disclaimer

Information is compiled from sources believed reliable, but may contain inaccuracies. The website and Information are provided on an “AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS” basis without warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. Content is for informational purposes only and not for trading or advisory purposes. You are solely responsible for decisions made using the Information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stockiify and its licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use or inability to use the website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

If liability is found despite the foregoing, Stockiify’s total liability shall not exceed the lesser of ten percent (10%) of the amounts you paid to Stockiify in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim or ₹8,000, as liquidated damages and not a penalty. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these may not apply to you.

You are responsible for protecting your systems from viruses and similar harmful code.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Stockiify and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the website or violation of this Agreement.

Export Control

You are responsible for compliance with applicable export and import laws and regulations of your jurisdiction regarding access software and Information.

No Conflicting Terms

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any purchase order, help text, or documentation, this Agreement controls.

Attorney’s Fees

If Stockiify takes action to enforce this Agreement, it may recover reasonable attorney’s fees and litigation costs in addition to other relief, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing Law; Limitations; Venue

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. To the extent allowed by applicable law, any claim arising from your access or use must be brought within two (2) years of accrual and exclusively in the courts located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Severability

If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, it will be reformed to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable; if not possible, it will be deleted and the remainder will continue in full force.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications.

Changes & Refund Policy

Stockiify may modify the website and this Agreement at any time. Notice posted on the website is effective on posting, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Refunds: Unless otherwise stated on a specific product page or required by law, all digital product and course sales are final and non-refundable.
